Founders and startups can raise between $50,000 and $5 million on Wefunder. You can get started for free, although when your campaign is over, you will have to pay 7.5% of the funds you raised. However, if you are able to convince an angel investor to invest $25,000 or more to your campaign, then all fees are waved.
